90-Day Video Training Course. You will receive videos, worksheets and audio files with practices, tips and training on Healthy Emotional Hygiene & Communication Practices.
Access to 7 x LIVE Training Calls with Sumir and Christian. Every two weeks, the group meets for a live training call with Christian and Sumir where you will get to ask questions, receive coaching and also practice the material.
Access to 12 x LIVE Small Group Coaching Calls with a Heart iQ Challenge Coach. Each week, you will receive a 2 hour small group call (6-8 people in each group) guided by a Heat iQ Challenge Coach. We have multi-lingual coaches all over the world to meet different time zone needs.
Online community. The entire program is delivered on our custom social network and community site. This allows us to move off of public sites like Facebook and allows you to engage privately with other community members. We have a thriving community to help support, practice and integrate your experience, and it's one of the highlights of the program.
BONUS: Heart iQ Experience Live in-person event. On July 29th - August 1st 2021 you are invited to attend our graduation event! If you choose the Live Coaching option, you will get an in-person ticket and will only need to cover your travel, food and accommodation. This bonus is valued at €497.
This course WILL pre-qualify you to do circle work and deep dive retreats with Christian & Sumir if you choose to go further in their work.
